A Berks County man who worked at DeSales University near Allentown is accused of using a hidden camera to spy on a co worker, while pumping her breast milk.
John Bednarik, who was the director of environment of the university campus, is accused of invasion of privacy.
The woman, according to court documents, was about to pump breast milk at her office desk Tuesday when she heard a noise, looked up, saw a hole in the roof and found the camera.
She got dressed and left her office, bumping into Bednarik, who left from the office next door.
Bednarik, 33, was questioned later by police and admitted to the existence of the camera containing video of the woman partially nude and using her breast pump, according to court documents.
The university fired Bednarik Thursday morning, authorities said. He is due in court for a preliminary hearing on June 27.
Bednarik and the alleged victim live in the same neighborhood in Blandon, according to court documents.
Bednarik, was released on $10,000 bail.
