Hairless baby kangaroo

Workers at a zoo in Germany had an unexpected surprise when they found a tiny kangaroo lying in the grass at the Serengeti-Park and zoo in Hodenhagen.

Zoo Keepers were not aware that her mother 'Urmel' was pregnant.

They found Sabrina a few days after Urmel attempted to escape from her enclosure and keepers believe stress caused her to abandon her baby out of the pouch.

The delicate hairless 9.8 inch tall kangaroo, weighed just half a pound, she is being fed special milk five times a day. Now the three month old is doing well and is slowly putting on weight.
