(Scroll down for video) TV viewers were shocked at first when they saw a 4-year-old girl come out on TV show with a cigarette in her mouth.

Audiences have reacted with outrage after the mother of the young child encouraged her four-year-old daughter to pose with a fake cigarette on stage, on a TLC hit TV show.

Channeling Sandy from Grease with a leather motorcycle jacket, the child made her appearance, with a roll of snuff, held firmly between her lips.

“Don't forget to smoke," whispered her mother from behind the scenes, as audience members, including several panelists expressed disgust.

"Destiny has a cigarette, what are you thinking?" One judge said.

However, her mother Lisa said it is perfectly fine, like the character of Grease, her daughter was using the cigarette to look cool.
Sandy comes out and throws a cigarette and Destiny will do that as well.

"We feel that's part of the act and that is part of the routine, so I wanted her to do it and I think she will do very well with it.
You know Sandy was a good girl, she did not smoke either, but she used it for the scene," she said.

Despite the fact that judges deducted points for the cigarette, she still came out on top.
