Authorities said that a package containing a magazine with a musical device similar to greeting cards and baby toys, prompted the evacuation of a federal court house in southeast Idaho.

Police determined that the package was not a threat.

U.S. Marshals notified the local authorities, when the suspicious package was found Tuesday morning during a normal search of the Pocatello Courthouse building. Between 30 and 40 people were evacuated and a bomb squad with a robot was sent into the building to handle the package.

The threat was cleared by Tuesday afternoon. The court website stated that the building remained closed in the afternoon. Court officials said that the building will be open during normal business hours on Wednesday.
