When a married woman decided to secretly visit a female prostitute she had no idea that her husband was seeing the same prostitute on the side as well, according to court documents.
Police in Maine said that a woman sought the services of the same prostitute her husband used. The revelation comes as part of the client list of a Zumba dance instructor accused of using her studio as a front for prostitution.
She became the first woman to be identified by police on Friday with a list of at least 64 men accused of involvement in the prostitution case. Police say the woman's husband was charged with being a client in the coastal town of Kennebunk.
Lt. Anthony Bean Burpee said fewer names are being released because the suspects are dealing directly with the prosecutor, eliminating the need for a police summons.
Twenty-nine-year old, Alexis Wright has pleaded not guilty to 106 charges, including prostitution, invasion of privacy, tax evasion and other charges. Her business partner also has pleaded not guilty.
Alexis Wright, has also been charged with child porn after her former husband found that she posed nude with their little son, according to police reports.
