Two 14-year-old boys kill woman over a pack of cigarettes

(Scroll down for video) Two 14-year-old boys were arrested and charged after killing a 22-year-old woman over a pack of cigarettes, according to police reports.

The teenagers accused of the shooting over the weekend in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, will be charged as adults, Beaver County police chief, Charles R. Jones Jr. said.

Todavia S. Cleckley and Marcus Velasquez, both 14-years-old, are accused of conspiracy to commit the crime of murder against 22-year-old Kayla Peterson, of Beaver Falls.

Velasquez, is also accused of criminal homicide, aggravated assault charges and charges of reckless conduct. "These boys are armed and dangerous," the police chief told news reporters. "I would like to remove them off the streets forever."

Peterson was shot and killed while being outside her home in Beaver Falls. One of the young boys shot her from across the street after arguing over a pack of cigarettes, police told news reporters.

Beaver County coroner Teri Tatalovich-Rossi, said that Peterson died of a gunshot wound to the abdomen. She was taken to Allegheny General Hospital where she later died.
