(Scroll down for video) The TSA was caught in another embarrassing child abuse incident, according to video uploaded to the internet.
A 12-year-old girl who suffers from a rare bone disorder and uses a wheelchair, was detained for nearly an hour at the DFW International Airport after TSA agents said they found explosive residue on her hands.
Shelbi Walser was traveling to Florida for medical treatment with her mother when the incident happened.
Her mother, Tammy Daniels said TSA agents pulled her to the side after a test revealed explosive residue on the hands of the girl. However, Daniels believes that the TSA agents never used common sense during testing.
“Wheelchairs are like shoes, they pick up everything from the ground,” the mother told news reporters. Shelbi and her mother were released after a bomb expert appeared and found nothing dangerous.
