A man broke into his girlfriend’s apartment and glued shut the refrigerator, according to police reports.

A woman in Pennsylvania recently discovered some glue inside her apartment, according to state police.

The woman, who was not identified, a resident of Lykens, a town about 35 miles northeast of Harrisburg, contacted police and reported that someone had entered her apartment located on Main street, when she was not home.

Worse yet, the thief had shut closed the refrigerator door and a utensil drawer. Glue was also spilled on her computer keyboard, the woman reported.

Authorities soon focused their attention on the woman's former boyfriend, 42-year-old Dennis Michael Homberg, of Elizabethville.

Police have not revealed what, if any, evidence was found linking the sticky situation to Homberg. However, he was charged Monday with burglary, trespassing, stalking and criminal mischief. His bail was set at $50,000.
