In a blow to good people all over the world, who invite house guests into their home for a nice stay, a couple was brutally killed by their house guest.
A house guest, 39-years-old, has been charged with the murder of a Detroit, Michigan, couple, whose home he had been a guest in.
A local court heard that Roger Bowling shot 42-year-old Chris Hall, and his girlfriend, 32-year-old Danielle Greenway, before cutting them into pieces and throwing their bodies into a river.
The couple’s dead bodies were found with no feet, heads and hands, in the Detroit River.
Their other body parts were spotted by a fisherman.
Family and police said that at one point Roger Bowling and Danielle Greenway were dating.
69-year-old Gary Bowling, the father of the accused, said: "I really do not know what to say except my heart goes out to the families of these people who died, I still think it's a dream."
Police have urged people to be careful who they let into their home as a house guest.
