Man forces 7-year-old boy to smoke marijuana at gunpoint

A very cruel man forced a little child to smoke marijuana.

The 26-year-old man of McDonough, Georgia, has been accused of beating a woman with a gun and forcing a seven-year-old to smoke marijuana at gunpoint, according to an arrest report from the Sheriff's Office of Walton County.

Justin Blake Mitchell hit the woman in the head with a pistol, pointed it at her, threatened to kill her, and stole cash and other personal property, the report said.

Then, Mitchell pointed the gun at the seven-year-old and threatened to shoot him if he did not smoke marijuana, the report said.
He also stole the debit card of another man at gunpoint and robbed another woman of her personal property, the report said.

The incident took place on July 12 in a house on Santana Drive. Mitchell was arrested then, but an investigation led to additional charges, the report said.

Mitchell has been charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, child abuse, theft with a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, two counts of felony theft and two counts of misdemeanor theft.

He is being held in the Walton County Jail without bond.
