Jason Daniel Gandy, 35, from Houston, Texas, was arrested and is held without bail. Gandy traveled to London with a 15-year-old boy to sexually exploit him.

Gandy was charged with transporting a minor for a commercial sex act, which could carry a ten year to life prison sentence and a fine of up to $250 thousand, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Gandy owns a massage therapy business in his Houston, Texas home. His business is called JasonRMT.com. The Teen was employed by Gandy as a massage therapist since May, receiving between $20 and $40 per client. Gandy allowed clients to fondle the teenager during their massages. According to his website, Gandy planned to work in London from July 18 to Aug. 22.

The pair was stopped at Heathrow International Airport and questioned. Gandy was asked why he was traveling with a 15-year-old boy who wasn't his relative. After hearing their inconsistent stories, the U.K. Immigration officer denied their entrance and they were sent back to Houston on separate flights.

When Gandy arrived home he was arrested and held without bail. Authorities found 90 condoms in his luggage. He admitted that he planned to use the condoms while giving “massages”.

Gandy had a signed and notarized affidavit from the teen’s mother authorizing him to travel to London. The teen knew that he would be required to perform some “massages” while he was in the U.K. in exchange for seeing his favorite bands, according to authorities. The pair met through Facebook and Gandy paid for the teen's 15th birthday celebration. He often bought the teen gifts and the boy frequently spent nights at Gandy’s home.
