A prosecutor in the United Kingdom was caught being nothing more than a lowly criminal.

An assistant state attorney in Danbury has been placed on administrative leave after numerous complaints that he secretly took pictures of the legs and feet of women in court.

David Holzbach is accused of using a hidden camera in a pen to take pictures inside the State Superior Courthouse on White Street.

Holzbach is on paid leave of his $129,000 a year job, but has not been charged with a crime. Head of State Attorney, Kevin Kane declined to comment, calling the case a personal matter.

Holzbach said that he has not been informed of the nature of the allegations.
Holzbach, 52-years-old, has been a prosecutor in Danbury for 24 years.
