A heartless New Jersey father pushed his baby boy out the window together with the boy’s mother. They were both rushed to the hospital, were the baby died.
The baby boy was just 3-months-old, and was seriously injured when his mother was pushed out of the window by her ex-boyfriend over the weekend. The baby later died in the hospital.
Federico Bruno, 19, is now likely to face murder charges following the child's death, authorities said. Bruno already faces 17 counts, including attempted murder and child abuse.
The boy's mother remained hospitalized in a medically induced coma.
Bruno was in his apartment located at 110 Rutgers Ave., and attacked the mother and another woman when he arrived home early Friday, authorities said.
He repeatedly stabbed both women and then pushed his former girlfriend into an air conditioner, causing her and her 3-month-old child to go through a window. They both fell three floors.
Then, Bruno ran down the fire escape, officials said, and began beating the woman, this time using a table he found in the backyard.
Bruno was arrested on Friday after he was found hiding in a refrigerator on a second floor apartment in Belleville, New Jersey.
