Zoo animals finally figured out an escape plan and they successfully escaped.
A kangaroo is on the run in Germany, after breaking free from a nature park, with a fox and a wild boar as its alleged accomplices.
Michael Hoffman, assistant director of Hunsruck Hochwildschutz park west of Frankfurt, said that the male kangaroo was one of the three that escaped during the night with the unwitting help of the menagerie that lives in the local forest.
Hoffmann said that a kangaroo left the zoo after a young fox sneaked into the park and dug a hole next to the cage fencing. Two of the three were able to escape the park through another hole dug by a wild boar near the fence from the outside.
"We have two of the animals back, now we're just looking for the third animal that is still on the run somewhere," he said.
