(Scroll down for video) This is probably the first lawsuit of its kind.

A woman is suing after sitting on a hot seat that burned her behind.

The Texas woman is suing the Dallas Cowboys and owner Jerry Jones, saying that her behind was severely burned when she sat on a bench outside the Cowboys Stadium.

In a lawsuit filed last week in Tarrant Count, Jennelle Carrillo said that the black marble bench was in direct sunlight on a hot August afternoon, before a Cowboys game last year. An official at the time said the high temperature that day was 101 degrees.

Carrillo’s Attorney, Michael Wash, said his client did not know the extent of the burns until after medical treatment.
The complaint alleges that she was hospitalized and underwent skin grafts.

The lawsuit argues that no warnings about sitting on benches in hot weather were posted near the seats.

Next time when the weather is very hot do not sit on benches exposed to direct sunlight, because your behind might suffer severe burns.
