Beauty contest held for girls with the best plastic surgery

A national beauty pageant for women was held for those whose beautiful appearance is more thanks to the knife rather than Mother Nature.

The winner of the Miss Plastic Surgery 2012, was awarded to Fanny Perini, whose exceptional fake breasts triumphed over her competitors in the fourth annual competition that was held this week near Rimini.

Fanny, 5 feet 11 inches, a Sagittarius, works as a nurse. She likes sports especially swimming, and loves

Health officials have voiced concern about this contest, as they fear it will encourage women to undergo unnecessary procedures, which sometimes can cause severe medical problems.

Supporters of the contest however claim that the contest shows women that anyone can look beautiful for a few dollars.
