Supermodel Bar Refaeli is not as hot on her inside as she appears to be on her outside, according to a new lawsuit filed in court.
Supermodel Bar Refaeli showed her dark side in relations with Suny Electronics, CEO Ilan Ben Dov claimed in his testimony in the District Court of Tel Aviv on Thursday.
Her behavior was vicious and caused indescribable damage to our company, Ben Dov claimed.
Ben Dov said Refaeli's parents demanded he cough up an additional $10,000 or $20,000 for a photo shoot for an ad campaign by Suny. He said she behaved as if she owned the company and others deserved nothing.
"We knew from the first day that the venture will fail," he said.
Refaeli sued Suny for about $1.5 million for allegedly using her character and images without her consent. According to Refaeli, Suny used her images without her consent, which staining her reputation.
During court proceedings in early March, Refaeli called Suny executives "cheaters and thieves."
Suny denied any breach of contract and other claims made by Refaeli. They sued her for $550,000 for breach of contract, harming the advertising campaign and the company.
Refaeli originally signed a four-month, $50,000 contract with Suny, an importer of Samsung phones.
