A police officer was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl numerous times, according to reports.
He is now facing 33 charges of alleged sexual assault of a girl 11 years his junior. The 24-year-old former Pennsylvania police officer of Muhlenberg College surrendered to authorities last week, according to Police Chief Thomas Trachta.
Nicholas Repko-Moschini, of 1404 N. New St., in Bethlehem, was charged by District Judge Todd Strohe of Bangor and sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
On June 5, according to a criminal complaint with the police, the 13-year-old told officer Stephen Schleig that she had been sexually assaulted over a month ago by Repko-Moschini at her home in Nazareth.
The alleged assault occurred on April 26.
The victim said that before the alleged assault, she began communicating with Repko-Moschini via Facebook and email. The talks, according to court documents, lasted from April to May and became increasingly sexual in nature.
On April 16 Repko-Moschini allegedly asked the girl to send an electronic image of her breasts. Using her email account, according to police. The girl delivered the images.
The shared photos did not stop there, according to police. Between April 10 and May 11, Repko-Moschini allegedly sent the girl 20 different messages, each of a sexual nature.
At least four of the messages contained pictures of his penis and his upper and lower torso, according to court documents.
Other messages sent by Repko-Moschini, police say, asked for sexual acts.
The relationship took a step outside the digital sphere when Repko-Moschini arrived at the house of the girl in Nazareth.
According to court documents, Repko-Moschini not only kissed the girl, but also caressed her bare breasts, performed oral sex and intercourse.
Repko-Moschini left shortly after the alleged assault, police said. The two did not speak again until May 11 when Repko-Moschini allegedly sent the girl a picture of his erect penis with his iPhone.
