New York hospitals are stealing organs from the living, according to a shocking new lawsuit filed in court.

Some hospitals in New York City, are harvesting organs from patients before they are legally dead, according to the bombshell lawsuit.

Patrick McMahon, a former Air Force flight nurse who worked for the New York Organ Donor Network, said the group routinely pressures doctors to early certify that brain dead patients are dead even when they are still alive, according to the lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

The network then used to press families affected by the pain into consenting to organ donations.
Once all forms are signed, according to the court documents, "The patient in question is literally being sentenced to death as the patient's organs are harvested almost immediately."

The New York Organ Donor Network refused to comment on the lawsuit.

"It is the most cruelest thing to do to sick patients and their families, to literally rip them apart for their organs while still alive," Patrick McMahon said in a statement.
