(Scroll down for video) A man got extremely lucky while cleaning out a desk, according to reports.
A retired Illinois Hospice pastor discovered a $1 million winning lottery ticket while clearing his desk two months after the winning ticket was announced.
Ron Yurcus said he was setting up the table to accommodate a new computer when he found a dozen old lottery tickets he had accumulated.
"I checked the winning numbers on the website of the Illinois Lottery and almost cried when I saw that I won," Yurcus said in a statement for the Illinois Lottery.
Yurcus and his wife, who have three children and four grandchildren, said they will share the money with their family. They also plan to donate some money to charity.
