A woman had her behind kissed during a dental procedure by the dentist, according to police reports.

A Florida man, who is accused of running an illegal dental operation, was arrested again after police said he had administered an injection for a toothache and then kissed the woman's behind.

John Collazos, 47, of Hollywood, was arrested Monday, and faces a charge of practicing dental hygiene without an active license, according to a complaint affidavit.

Hollywood Police said that Collazos posed as a dentist and treated the woman, who paid up to $65 for his services in an apartment in Hollywood.

Collazos put a paste in the mouth of the woman to help relieve her toothache. After she continued to complain of pain, he said she should pull her pants down in order to receive another injection, according to the affidavit.

Then, in the room equipped with dental equipment, the man touched her private area and kissed her behind, police said.

The woman told police that Collazos did not answer when she asked him why he touched and kissed her. Collazos had been arrested in September, after Davie Police said he performed dental work illegally in a warehouse.

"He was, for lack of a better term, taking advantage of people whose immigration status may have been questionable. These people had no other place to go so he used this to his advantage to get these people into his business," police spokesman Engle Davie said.
