Melissa Monzo-Marte is an extreme coupon collector. She has a binder where she neatly stores all her coupons. Then she uses them to get products cheap and even for free. She shops at stores that honor manufactures coupons.

The local Dollar Tree store has a sign on their door saying that they honor these coupons, but when the customer tried to redeem them she claims the manager beat her up. "You see I have broken blood vessels and a fat lip," Monzo-Marte said.

She attempted to buy 25 Advil bottles and about 25 Olay bars. The two women claim that the store manager refused to accept their coupons. “The manager said we are harassing her by using the coupons and she threatened to call the police," the woman said.

That’s when she left the store, but Monzo-Marte was still inside collecting her coupons from her basket.

As the other woman was walking out the door, the female manager punched her in the face and eye, and her cellphone video captured the attacked.

Police identified the store manager as 32-year-old Shauna Shipman. She was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault.

Melissa is grateful that the attack was not worse. She said police told her that the store manager had a box cutter in her pocket.
