(Scroll down for video) A man was sentenced to one month in jail after he was caught on video taunting a 10-year-old disabled girl.

William Bailey, 43, and his young son were caught on video making fun of the little disabled girl.

The 10-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, was seen walking off her school bus. That is when her mother said a neighbor, along with his son, mocked the way her disabled daughter was walking.

The mother identified him as 43-year-old William Bailey of East Sparta, Ohio. Trisha Knight said: "I really have nothing to say to him right now."

Knight is upset by the abuse. According to press reports, both families have children attending the same school and this incident seems like an ongoing neighborhood fight.

Knight said that she's afraid of the neighbor and so are the children. "They do not want to play outside. They do not want to sleep in their room," she said.

When Bailey was asked what he had to say about the situation he said: "Get the camera out of my face."

Bailey has been in trouble with the law before. He was found guilty of aggravated threatening in a separate case.

Judge John A. Poulos, ordered the maximum sentence allowed by law, and sent Bailey to jail for one month.
