(Scroll down for video) A TV news anchor was caught on video dancing during a commercial break early in the morning, according to video uploaded to the Internet.

Although most people in California were still sleeping, Tia Ewing was dancing away.

The Fox News anchor, was caught getting down to Beyonce's hit song "Single Ladies," during a long yawn inducing commercial at 4:15 a.m. last Friday.

"I have to get it in when I can get it in," Tia Ewing said later on the air. "I did not know the camera was still rolling."

The Chicago native seemed a little shy when coworkers played the video for later transmission, but said she was not ashamed of her early moves.

"That's really what I am," she said. "I'm crazy.” Ewing finally posted the video on YouTube and copped to getting busted on twitter.

"I was caught, busted! Hopefully this will not go viral," she wrote. She also said that news anchors are not allowed to watch the commercials that are shown during the commercial break, so that is the reason she decided to listen to her favorite music during the commercial breaks.
