Denver police were looking for the two suspects after four people were burned in the attack at the house northwest of Denver.

Police spokesperson Sonny Jackson said that two men appeared at the front door of the residence around 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Some words were exchanged, and a woman who answered the door, was doused with a flammable liquid with a pump spray and was set on fire.

Three other adults in the home were also sprayed with flammable liquid and set on fire. One victim suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital, while the other three were slightly wounded.

The liquid may have been gasoline and a propane torch.

The woman living in the house said that the two men entered the house and demanded drugs, threatening to burn the house down. She said she believes they may have targeted the wrong house.

Jackson said that the matter is under investigation and a motive had not yet been determined.
