(Scroll down for video) It was a bad day for one man, who was wrongfully stopped by a police officer.

The officer stopped the man after he suspected that the man’s car window was tinted to a shade darker than allowed by law.

During the stop, the officer instructed Roger Alvin Henderson, to wait in front of his cruiser, while he went to check if the window tint was in compliance with the law.

After a quick check, the officer determined that the tint was within the guidelines of the law. The officer apologized to Henderson's mother, who was in the car.

While the officer was chatting with his mother Henderson urinated on the police car. As the officer was prepared to release Henderson, he noticed a large puddle of urine dripping from his car as well as near Henderson’s feet.

"Did you just pee on my car?" The officer asked him. Henderson knew he was caught red-handed, but he claimed that he did not intentionally urinate on the patrol car.

The officer was upset that Henderson peed on his car. Henderson was arrested. He was booked into jail and charged with indecent exposure.
