(Scroll down for video) A flight attendant endured sexual assaults during flights from a billionaire for years, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court.
Billionaire Alfred Taubman, repeatedly stroked his flight attendant, tried to rip her clothes off and tried to perform oral sex on her aboard his private plane, according to the $29 million lawsuit she filed in court this week.
Nicole Rock, 38, said that the married 88-year-old father of three children made her six years of work a hell of sexual harassment.
He allegedly tore off her buttons from her shirt and forced his tongue into her ear and mouth. Taubman, who Forbes estimates is worth $2.9 billion, is sometimes credited with pioneering the construction of shopping centers.
His office said that the charges brought by Rock in federal court in Detroit, Michigan, are simply "not true."
"Mr. Taubman will address the complaint through the proper legal channels," the statement added. Rock, who is not married, was hired by Taubman’s airline in 2005.
According to the complaint, Rock received disability leave in February due to "extreme stress, anxiety, fear and depression," she experienced as a result of her working conditions. She never returned to work for Taubman.
Rock is suing the father of her daughter, the chief pilot of Taubman’s plane, for child support.
