Woman gets 15 years prison for robbing restaurant with water gun (video)

(Scroll down for video) A mother of three children was jailed after she squeezed through a drive-through window and robbed the eatery with a toy water gun.

33-year-old Michelle White, from Saint Louis, Missouri, has been sentenced to prison after she crawled through the window of the White Castle fast food restaurant and demanded money.

The court heard that White drove up to the White Castle drive through window, showing a water pistol and demanded money.

She gave the employee a note that said: "Give me money or I will shoot you.”

“The White Castle worker ran away from the drive-through window. That’s when White squeezed her body though the small window and stole more than $600,” Assistant Circuit Attorney Melissa Giliam said.

An off-duty firefighter who was at the drive-through lane, wrote down the license plate number and called 911. Officers later went to White's house and questioned her. White tried to evade arrest by climbing to the roof of her apartment building and jumping down. She broke her arm, leg and pelvis as a result.

Officers found the white jacket she had worn during the robbery and a sum of cash. White was taken to the hospital where officers continued to question her. she finally confessed to the robbery.

White was convicted and sentenced to 15 years in prison. White has a long criminal record, including murder, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft. The murder charge was the result of hitting a man with her vehicle while she was high on cocaine.
