Thieves broke into a warehouse and stole 17 coffins worth thousands of dollars, police in Australia said.

Braybrook Police said that according to their investigation, two men broke into the storage warehouse between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.

The two men had been seen in the area with a small truck, which had been used to transport the 17 stolen coffins. Police said that they hope the thieves don’t have dead bodies to put in the coffins.

Both men were described as Caucasian, with one in his late 20s and the other in his late 30s.

“If anyone comes up to you and asks you to buy a cheap coffin do not buy it and immediately call the police,” a Braybrook police spokesperson said.

Police urged anyone with information to come forward.
