A teacher in Arizona, was beaten and raped by a student while teaching a class full of sex offenders in prison.
The female teacher was alone in a room full of sex offenders at the Eyman prison's Meadows Unit, before being stabbed and sexually assaulted by a convicted rapist.
The prison houses about 1,300 rapists, pedophiles and other sex offenders. The teacher was overseeing a test taken by 6 inmates.
After all the prisoners left the room, 21-year-old Jacob Harvey asked the teacher if she could open the bathroom and then attacked her.
Harvey is accused of stabbing her in the head with a pen, forcing her down and raping her. The teacher told investigators she screamed for help, but nobody came.
Harvey was sentenced to serve 30 years in prison for raping a woman in Glendale. Harvey knocked on the door of the woman’s house in the middle of the day, and asked for a glass water.
When she opened, he forced his way inside, where she was repeatedly raped and beaten while her 2-year-old child was in the apartment.
In the latest case, Harvey was charged with sexual assault, kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon.
