The group of children led by the Cub Scouts, were walking along the coast in San Diego, where they reached the Black Beach, which is designated as a place for nudity.

There were numerous naked people on the beach when the Cub Scouts arrived. The nudist seemed just as surprised as the children.

A parent group that was hiking in the back of the scout group, and the parents were furious. The tour, involving both parents and adult volunteer leaders, was diverted quickly to protect the youth.

Lloyd Johnson, who is known as the mayor of Black Beach, said that he sees no problem with children walking through a nudist beach.

Johnson said that he has seen a lot of wildlife on the beach, including birds, fish and squirrels. There are fossils even on the beach, he said. "I think it's a great place to bring the Boy Scouts," he added.
